An interested individual has to complete 90 hours of real estate education which can be achieved through a semester of classes at the Vocational Technology Center - OR - taking a correspondence course.

After achieving the required hours, an examination is given by the WV Real Estate Commission in Charleston.

Upon passing the examination and paying your fees, you are free to start learning the "real" world of real estate.
